Peace of mind for an elderly relative
This product gives so much peace of mind, was used for an elderly relative. All the family can view camera via Clan at Home App.Excellent customer service from Adam at IPixo, he was patient, clear and knowledgeable on the product set up.

REVIEW EDITED - PROBLEM FIXED SUPPORT CALLED(DETAILS INSIDE) THREE STARS BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS.
PROBLEM FIXED - THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MANUAL DO NOT SHOW THE CORRECT WAY TO INSERT THE SD CARD: The manual diagram for inserting the SD card is wrong, a pretty bad error on ipixo's part. I am going to follow the instructions, and if they are wrong then that's going to cause problems.ANYWAY, fixed now (I hope) but I'll leave the original review up as well for anyone else who has the same problem.BTW the fix was to insert the sd card reverse to what is shown in the manual.Bought two cameras so that I could monitor elderly relative. Also bought two 128gb SD cards because they say that gives up to 21 days recording (I only need 2-3 days while working).Problems:BOTH CAMERAS ARE FAULTY: In exactly the same way. The SD cards do not mount properly, when they 'click in' they are still loose and jiggle/fall out. They also seem to completely miss the reader sometimes and feel like they are just going into the camera body. BOTH CAMERAS DO THIS - so it's a design flaw.THE CAMERA/APP DOES NOT DETECT THE SD CARD: Install the SD Card (when it clicks in and being careful not to move the card) - the camera does not detect the card - BOTH CAMERAS.THE APP DOES NOT HAVE AN SD CARD OPTION, ONLY THE SUBSCRIPTION TO THEIR CLOUD: Trying to properly mount SD card, THERE IS NO OPTION on the app, cannot choose SD card for recording, cannot format card cannot find ANYTHING TO DO WITH SD CARD, can ONLY SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR MONTHLY CLOUD ACCOUNT.I ONLY BOUGHT THESE CAMERAS BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY COULD RECORD UP TO 21 DAYS ON THE SD CARD, NOW I FIND THAT THE SD CARD READERS IN BOTH CAMERAS ARE DYSFUNCTIONAL, AND THE APP IS TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.I called support, they told me their tech support would call me back - they did not, now I have to wait until Monday because they do not provide support to their customers on the weekend.

Slot SD cards
First problem: Unable to set up a connection with an email address (tried different carriers).Second problem: on my first attempt to set the micro SD card up, this one just went inside the CCTV. I had to unscrew, open and get back my SD card.I re-inserted the SD card with success on my second attempt. (Now, impossible to withdraw it as the SD card is unreachable down into the slot).In spite of this, the product is working perfectly and has excellent quality recording and images, by night and day, and trough WIFI the download to the tablet is perfect.Too bad otherwise I would have given a five stars.9/06/19---->Dear Adam,Thank you for your comment. Yes, before the posting and having the SD card to be inserted, I contacted customer services by e-mail. We tried to find a solution for the email set up...what so ever, the service was immediat and handled with professionalism. Now, the slot maintaining the SD card is too far inside the CCTV to be reached by a finger-nail...not a problem for me as I do not have any reason to replace the SD card. May be it was a bad luck too me. Things do happen sometimes! Cheers!

Good camera for the price
Very good home camera. It has a good day and night vision picture, and good sound. I use it for a number of uses. For my cats, my elderly father, watching the hegdehogs and other visitors to the garage at night. I recently used it to catch a stray cat. No motion sensor though or revolving camera like the last one I had. Also, the SD card fell into the back. Customer service were great, offering to open it up and retrieve the SD card and fix it so the SD card mounted ok. I use cloud storage instead of traveling to the post office to send back. I've had no other problems. Set up was easy. I used the code reader.

Does even better than claimed on the tin!
Incredibly easy to set up and start auto recording. Misunderstood one or two instructions - immediately clarified by Ipixo and difficulty resolved. Had a bit of a 'rat in loft problem', set up camera for auto movement detection. Although dark in loft excellent infra-red illumination. Have monitored the situation on phone & tablet from 200 miles away and from Gran Canaria. Brilliant product.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
BOUGHT THIS CAMERA 3 DAYS AGO, BUT HAD TROUBLE WITH THE SET UP, GOT IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND TALKED ME THOUGH IT IN A LOGICAL AND STRAIGHT FORWARD MANNER AND WE SOON HAD THE CAMERA UP AND RUNNING, THE ASSISTANCE I RECEIVED WAS SECOND TO NONE, MANY THANKS

AVOID waste of time and money!!!
I've bought set of these cameras over a year ago. Since then I have not been able to use them as had a constant problem with either cameras or app. Motion detectors, multi screen option have not worked as they should from day one. Cameras constantly disconnect which means that motion detectors are not working and no notification is given. I have one of the cameras replaced with completely different brand by IPixo customer service and since I got it it doesn't work. I've been told to send back for checking and another replacement. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Great for the money
Really easy to set up. Very pleased with quality of picture including night vision.It’s a bit too sensitive though and keeps telling me that motion was detected when no one is home despite being on the least sensitive setting. I think it’s responding to changes of light outside.
