Comes with carry strap and even though needs C batteries - it is not that heavy. PAY ATTENTION to the way the batteries have to go in. The "+" and "-" signs are on the flip up lid, not inside the battery compartment.

This is my second purchase of this model. The old one survived a bit of abuse and several years use. It looks like they improved overall build quality. The rear control panel label seems more secure(old one had to be taped down after a year. They battery compartment seal is no longer an o-ring that can be lost it's more secure. Sound quality is about the same. If you're using this for music know it won't be the same quality as a party speaker. It's not supposed to be.These are great for sporting events, parades, etc I use mine as a loudspeaker for events in my Grinch themed car and it works great!

This is a piece of junk. I’ve had 2 of these delivered and BOTH of them were defective. They blurted the siren out a couple times but that was it. And the first one started SMOKING AND BURNING! I had to take the batteries out and sure enough they were inserted correctly but the thing started smoking anyway. The replacement also didn’t work but at least it didn’t try to start a fire in my home. I’ll be returning both of them for a full refund. Horrible product. Don’t bother buying it.

Once we determined that not only was the battery labeling backwards, but the directional sticker was also covering the battery connection points, we finally got it working. Seems to work as expected now.

This megaphone was purchased to replace a much cheaper one which was not loud enough. This one is much louder since it uses twice as many batteries. The push-to-talk button seems to double as an on/off button, so there is no need for a separate power switch. The only downside is the weight, which is heavier than the cheap one, but it's a worthwhile compromise.

This works superbly well! Very effective for addressing a crowd.Bluetooth capability is rad! Quality of the sound …Like when they played music over the PA at summer camp. Love it!!

This was the only thing I wanted for that day. It’s been extremely fun to play with by myself and with my children. Even my neighbors get a kick out of it when I’m walking around the neighborhood enjoying one of my kids on their bike. I let anyone who asks to use it, use it. Several of them have since purchased their own. 🤣
