Great product as advertised!
Exactly as advertised. Watch the little video that is with the pictures it is very helpful. All the extra components are easy to change out and it does a great job! As with all heat presses you just have to use trial-and-error to get the right temperature and time settings for whatever the project is that you are working on. A++

Ver easy to use- see video instructions
I have used this about 12 times since receiving it. I like the hat attachment and I also purchased this for the mug attachment. Read the size of the mugs that it will accept, up to 11 oz. I didn't pay attention to that, but that's ok as I was experimenting before final product. This is an excellent value for the money! Thank you Ms. Shirley

Broken soon as I pressed
I like the product but as soon as I started to press a shirt it popped off and this caused me to miss out on a lot of projects I’m just starting

Excited
It came faster then expected I’m good packaging! I was excited when it got here I right away was YouTubing to see how to assemble it but it was soo easy. I’ve used it twice so far and I love it. Haven’t had it to long just yet

Highly recommend NOT buying
The press itself was awesome. Worked like a charm. Pressed great. Until two weeks in when the clamshell decided it was going to just fall right off! The plug in prongs bent and the piece connecting broke off and it fell. Thankfully it was behind my desk and not on my or my daughter. This was with regular use and no roughness to the machine at all. Beware.

Worth every penny
I'm new to the heat press world but I was looking for an inexpensive entry level machine and this seems to be a big bang for your buck. I haven't used any of the other attachments (yet) but if and when I do I'll come back to update. Also my curiosity has gotten to me as well I'm going to pick up a heat gun to see just how accurate it is. I'm trying to start a new small business and within the first day we sublimated approximately 600 koozies and I couldn't be happier
