Q: Installation went well, but my question is what do you hook the fog and reverse lights too? There isn't any harness or plug for them in the hatch?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but the outer lights have a cable that you connect with the inner lights in order to work, if that's what you're talking about.

Q: Do these taillights come with the resistor to prevent the dash light from coming on?

They do! There are in line resistors for all 4 lights. They have 3m adhesive and you just stick them to metal when you install. I had no issues with the dash light.
