This is a good quality costume. It is very versatile.

I purchased this for my Viking costume, and it looked fantastic. Based on the reviews, I knew the waistcoat would run small, so I ordered the largest size they had. When I got it, I laced it up and put it over my head. That's when I got stuck because I laced it up too tight. It was an ordeal. My advice would be to put it on and have someone else lace up the sides. In the end, my laces had to be worn very loose, so, if you're worried about size, don't be.My only complaint with this waistcoat is that the laces won't stay tied, even after I aggressively knotted them. For my costume, it didn't matter too much because I had a fur vest over top, but it would if you are not wearing something over it or are planning to move around a lot.

Fantastic product for the price! Honestly after reading the reviews I was expecting it to very flimsy fake leather but it feels good and the fabric material is stretchy for a comfortable fit. I am a 6ft 240 built guy with a little dad belly lol and the large was fine on me went ahead and bought 6 for a larp I admin definitely recommend for all your cosplay, costuming and role-playing needs.

I ordered an xxl for my 6'2-280 lb hubby. Plenty of room since you can adjust the size. Good quality. Looks great.

Got this as a renfaire piece. Some of the metal grommets popped out though. Other than that, it's quite comfortable and I got a lot of comments on how good it looked.
