INTRODUCTION

Sounds like a leap forward in production skills with MIDI synth strings . Didn't really like the songs though ,Scenes was much better had more bite and kept the interest going this one should be played at the museum , or on the Weather Channel .The thing is ...it is Marty Friedman ,he had the oportunity to get musicians together and produce an album . It has a lot more Strings and keys than his other CDs

This is great! A lot of this is like a movie soundtrack. Buy this and sit back and enjoy!

It's definitely no Dragon's Kiss or Loudspeaker and it's nothing like anything he did in Megadeth. This is Marty's least heavy album and it's great. Some of the production and flute tones are not as good but the overall compositions are fantastic. Definitely a must have for any Marty fan.

I know he's good, but you really wouldn't know it listening to this album. For me, it was pretty much a complete waste of listening time and effort, mainly because I expected a LOT more than this depressing effort. The "music" depresses me too...What was he thinking on this?Peter

Disco assolutamente meraviglioso, sebbene piuttosto particolare nel genere. Nonostante Friedman sia un metal hero in questo disco come nel precedente Scenes ha lasciato da parte i tecnicismi per concetrarsi sull'armonia e la perfezione del tocco. Il risultato è davvero sorprendente, un disco in apparenza semplice ma da ascoltare più volte per comprenderlo appieno. Attualmente lo si può sentire anche su youtube considerando il genere un po' particolare consiglio di sentirlo prima di procedere a un eventuale acquisto.

Il servizzio è stato ottimo il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi predefiniti e in perfetto stato . Consiglio questo prodotto agli amanti di metal classico.Molto particolare si scosta dal genere di Friedman classico è piu musica da atmosfera BELLISSIMO.

No hay mucho que decir, Marty siempre hace cosas de muy buena calidadEl estilo del disco es muy alejado del sonido que en ese entonces tenía Megadeth, pero sin duda es muy bueno

彼の敬愛する喜太郎からの感化されたトーンが全編に流れている。というのは、MARTY FRIEDMAN　の独自の世界観が表明されて、それは、悠久の流れる大河のようでもあり、また、大自然の鼓動が聞こえるような、東洋的な雰囲気が、随所に感じられる。　さて、このアルバムに於ける実際のテーマは、情景からの霊感、精神の在り方とその移ろい、または、愛について、それから、時の流れ、等というように、多分に観念的なものであり、自分のコスモスを表現しているのではないだろうか。それが、コンパクトで短いセンテンスでまとめられており、アルバム・タイトルの「Introduction」からも分かるとおり、その精神世界の自己紹介的な、つまりは、自分の名刺のような、ちょっとした挨拶状をリスナーに渡しているような、そういったものも感じられる。　3曲目の「Be」は、耽美的とさえいえる綺麗なメロディ・ラインと、濃いめのグラデーションを持っており、素晴らしいの一言に尽きる。また、それは、ドラマティックな展開の中に、希望の萌しがあり、何処かしら、励ましのメッセージのようにも思える。
