Easy tasty recipes
A very good cookbook for anyone trying to eat healthily. I cook from it for the whole family (including my 11 and 13 year olds) and they all love it. What I like best is that most recipes are fast and quite easy to make, do not require many ingredients and taste great - perfect for week night suppers. The salads in particular are fantastic (roast broccoli salad and cauliflower salads are absolutely delicious - reminiscent of Ottolenghi's ones, but cooked in a fraction of time and with half the ingredients!).It also has a very good intro about nutrition and what to aim to eat for training, fat loss etc, which I found very interesting and gave to my fussy teenager to read for a bit of education. Now she always finishes her veg!

Greta recipes
Great recipes with good breakdown of Macros.James and Omar have produced a great book.Slight criticism I'd love some of the recipes designed for a busy lifestyle I have 4 kids full time busy job etc etc and would sue a lot more if I could produce some of the recipes quicker. Like I said just a slight criticismGreat recipe book if you're serious about your fitness/sport/training or serious about starting getting into fitness/training.Highly recommend...

Worth buying.
This is a great book for those looking for new and easy recipes for pre/post training and general well being. Broken down into breakfasts lunches dinners and snacks and giving a low and high carb option for both. So wether your looking to cut or bulk this book will work for both, especially useful around what time of day you train and adjusting meals to suit (very useful if you work shifts!). This is exceptionally good with MyFitnessPal since there is a barcode to scan to save all the individual inputs. Easy, decent, healthy and tasty recipe options around when you train, lots of recipes yet to try but can recommend on what I’ve had so far and ease of use. Buy.

Good in parts but expected a bit more
Good recipes and the info behind planning a diet is simple to understand. I have enjoyed the book but expected more and better. It doesn't tell me how to calculate my calorie requirement. It does refer to using the "Myfitness" app but what if you don't want too. Also as with most of these books they assume we have cupboards full of fresh produce and time along with a full working day and family to produce all the meals.

A Great Book with Great Recipes
What a fantastic book - not only do you get recipes broken down into when you should be eating them (pre/post training etc.) they are also really quick and easy to follow. An absolute bonus is that they taste delicious too - great for everyone to enjoy - no more eating on my own!I love the barcodes for each and every recipe which add straight to my tracker - it's so easy - I'm working my way through them all!

Great pictures of each recipe for flicking through and selecting what to cook. Structured by meal and whether high or low carb content which is useful for training!Great chapter on general advice and how to tailor the book to your own plans, with a James Haskell humour twist on it!My boyfriend has been cooking more than ever since we bought it, easy to follow delicious recipes.Would highly recommend.

Some good ideas for a healthier diet
this isn't a diet book, these are food recipes designed to help fit your macros and your training/weight goals. its up to you to adjust these recipes accordingly but has a really useful barcode to each one for MyFitnessPal so you don't have to go through adding each ingredient separately
