I liked the thong part of it and it wasn't too difficult getting it unhooked when you needed to use the restroom. I did like that it hooked to the bra so it never rolled down. However I didn't really like the material it was made from. It was kind of thick and it didn't really feel like it held me in like the Higher Power shorts from Spanx do. But for $14 they're not bad
