Acumen Hydra-Alert Dehydration Watch

The Hydra-Alert watch helps me feel better than Iexpected. I bought it because I am always so washed out during hot weather. It is easy to program and use. I get a kick out of watching the temperature and humidity change throughout the day and in different locations. The included booklet explained a lot about dehydration. I am very pleased that I no longer need to drink so much coffee to stay alert and productive at at my desk job. Wish I’d known about this sooner.

Using this watch has made a real difference in my cycling--better endurance and less fatigue after my workouts. The watch lets me know when and how much to drink so I no longer get stomach cramps from trying to drink a too much water while biking. It is easy to use and I really like the big, readable watch face. It was eye-opening to compare my calorie count with my boyfriend’s for the same workout. He liked it so much I’m going to buy him one too!

The price was good, but these did not work from the beginning. I purchased four and three did not work out of the box. One worked, but after a few weeks it too quite.Save your money, don't buy this product. One star is too much.
