16 pin harness but only 12 pins/wires
This harness is what they call 16 pin but it really only has 12 pins with wires. That is fine for standard head units but if you have a video screen like the AVIC or AppRadio you will need a few extra pins that this doesn't have. Look at the manual to determine how many wires you need first.I knew that when ordering it so I got two of these and just moved the three pin/wires I needed to the other one. Still cheaper than I could find the one I needed anywhere else. Only down side is the wire colors don't match but I just label them for future reference.

It's good for the price
Had to shave some of it to make it fit in the Pioneer fh-x70bt, and also the wiring was all wrong. Easy to switch though, just pull out each wire and put the color in its correct place, good quality by the way.

Works with the Pioneer FHX820BS but it doesn't have the Orange wire for Illumination. Otherwise it worked perfectly as a spare.
