Not the best.
Very easy to use but puts holes in fine knits. I discovered this after ruining a fairly new Next top. This depilled 2 sweaters and a pillow and ripped a top and a sock before it started making an unsettling noise and finally conking out. It takes a long time to charge but it does stay on quite a while once charging is complete. The charger is very precarious, it has to be placed in a certain way for it to keep charging. Unlike many other usb appliances, it can't be plugged in and used, it needs to be charged for it to work, regardless of whether it is plugged in or not. The next step for this gadget is the recycling centre, which is a shame because it started out very promising.

Amazing product
This product is amazing. I love using this product can’t believe how new the clothes look from what it was. I had tracks that had bobbles from it being used a lot and this made it look brand new again. It is easy to use and would definitely recommend this product.

Broke already
Already stopped working. And haze hardly used it. Very dissatisfied.
