The reason I gave it 1 Star is bc the model that is shown in the advertisement clearly shows a removable battery tray but what I received does not. There is no way to get to the batteries to change them.That may not seem like a big deal to some ppl but it is to me. Bc that was the ONLY REASON I purchased it!! If I would have known ahead of time that it didn't have the removable battery tray as shown in the advertisement, I NEVER would have purchased it, I would've purchased a different one. Bc now when the batteries inevitably die in 2 to 3 months I'll have to throw it in the trash, instead of simply replacing the dead batteries with new rechargeable batteries. I like that it came with a extra set of blades but the batteries will die well before I ever need to use them. I just don't like that I spent $20 on something I'll have to throw away in a few months bc I can't get to the batteries to change them without breaking it.Now the fabric shaver itself is very well built and works awesome. I have ZERO issues with the performance and construction (except for lack of battery access) of the product!! It feels very solid in hand and it has a huge cutting face that help 6 blades easily make short work of the tiny fabric pills. Plus it comes with a extra set of replacement blades. It works so well that I'd give it 4 stars on the performance alone. Now if what I received had the removable battery tray as advertised this would be easily be a 5 star product!! But it didn't unfortunately.

This item is no longer available with batteries you can access but the page hasn't been updated and stills shows the previous version that allows you to replace the battery. I don't think they make this one with replaeable batteries any longer. It's too bad too because it's generally a good fuzz shaver. Heavy weight, six blades that are adjustable and looks like it would do a good job. I wanted what was advertised so I am unhappy and don't want this. The seller "Apriller" is a very good seller and seemed genuinely sorry that the item does not match the description and did everything to make sure I was happy and to make it right. I appreciate that very much.If you don't care about being able to access the batteries to be able to replace them, I think you will be happy with the item. It's just that I ONLY picked this one to purchase because of being able to access the batteries so it isn't what I wanted to buy. I can say that the price offered by the merchant Apriller for this item is better than almost every other seller offering the identical item so it's a bargain.I'm just unhappy because it looks like the company that made this model with replaceable batteries no longer manufactures that model and this one is not what the page shows. I think the merchant needs to update the page so that no one else gets an item they did not want like I did. But all in all, this merchant seems very honest and wants to keep his customer happy and while you won't get what was advertised, it seemed to be a quality item.
