Ich habe viel in dieser Richtung gelesen und das Thema der Dankbarkeit ist nicht wirklich neu. Das tolle an diesem Buch ist die Begleitung über 28 Tage hinweg, so dass man wirklich konsequent dranbleibt und die Dankbarkeit in den ganz normalen Alltag integriert. Nutzt man dieses Buch wirklich als Arbeitsbuch für und mit sich ist es ein wahres Geschenk für das Leben. Ich liebe dieses Buch...
