Tropical Ghana Delights

This book puts a fusion spin on classic Ghanian dishes. No, it is not traditional. But I'm sure that recipes evolve as people move, cultures mix and new cultures are formed. I am just so happy that this book exists and allows people from all walks of life to enjoy food from Ghana without necessarily spending money at a Ghanaian restaurant or a trip to Ghana. Well done Charles Cann!

Almost $20.00 is too high to pay for this cook book It should be $10.00. I know a lot about Ghanaian food. The jollof rice didn't look as pretty as it should. The recipes didn't excite me but this is MY OPINION ONLY. It would be interesting to read from others who have bought this book. I had to return mine :(

Terrible cookbook. The author was pandering to westerners. A more appropriate title should have been, "Tropical Ghana Delights for the Western Palate.". I shared it with some of my Ghanaian friends, and they laughed. Some of the ingredients listed are not even available in Ghana. It was a waste of money purchasing the cookbook, and I'm seriously considering throwing it away.
