Dieser Stein ist sehr handlich und scheint von guter Qualität zu sein, weil er nach 4 Wochen immer noch glatt ist. Natürlich muss man den Stein trocken halten. Bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Es un desodorante natural que dura años, sin olor y muy bueno para el día a día. Lástima, la barra venía sin protección aunque sin rotura.

I first began using an alum stick about six years ago, and was quite satisfied that it was an effective solution to a natural deodorant. I had tried every other (supposedly) natural deodorant sold in stores, but they didn't kill off bacteria and therefore, odour. As my life began to take many turns, I got away from using the alum stick. Now that I've decided to go back to it, my body chemistry is seemingly different and responding with some irritation to the potassium alum. One blogger suggested detoxing the underarm area with a clay (French green, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, zeolite) mixed with a little water. I did this a few times and actually saw some improvement. There was a little bit of redness and peeling in the second and third week, but no more bumps or painful irritation. My body seems to be adjusting again, and I will keep detoxing, but overall, I'm feeling more comfortable with it again. For doubters, I would like to note that a natural mineral salt is not the same as an industrially produced chemical called aluminium chloride, which is found in most commercial deodorants.
