Bought this as a chore coat but I like it so much I wear it on most chilly days. It's light weight but does offer warmth for those chillyspring and fall says. I suppose if you live south you could wear it in the winter months with a sweatshirt. But overall warmth it's a 3 season jacket.A couple of drawbacks are it isn't waterproof. I feel that would be a definite bonus. And the pockets are not deep enough in front and the inside pocket is not big enough for my phone. But I consider these my personal preferences. Otherwise a very good jacket for the price.

I bought this jacket with the intention of having something lighter in my wardrobe. Winters are usually frigid and down jackets are best, but after moving to a more mild climate, I needed something to switch it up. This jacket is true to color and is soft, so no stiffness. It’s roomy, with plenty of enough room to wear a sweatshirt underneath. I’m 230lbs and 5’6” with most of my weight carried in my belly. My shoulders/rib cage are wide, but I can still move my arms in full swing. I really like this jacket, but the sleeves are impressively too short. My arms and legs aren’t long and usually I have to roll my sleeves with all long sleeves, but the sleeves are about three inches too short. It’s no biggie if you wear a sweatshirt that has long enough sleeves underneath.

I needed a BARN COAT. This is soft, fashionable & the exterior is slick enough to prevent hay & straw sticking to me. Seems weather tight. Had to buy 1size up to ensure free movement of arms & shoulders. Good purchase.

I really wanted to like this, I was intrigued by the advertising for working women and claims of hardworking clothing. As someone who works in construction and lives in a rural area and spends a lot of time outside, I was hoping for something that was warm, comfortable, durable, and well fitting. What I got was a jacket that was oversized in the chest, and wouldn't zip around my hips. When I raise my arms to do simple things, like drive a car, or reach for an item, the sleeves come all the way up to the middle of my forearms. And forget getting your hands in any of the pockets let alone a cell phone, set of keys, or anything else you might need to carry with you. If you make a tiny fist with your hand you might be able to get it into one of them but probably won't get it back out. And for reference, I am a very normal proportioned person, and purchased my size according to the sizing chart. One last thing to frustrate you, the collar never lays down, which is a shame because it's a cute corduroy fabric that would have been nice too have laying flat when you wanted it to. When you zip/snap the collar all the way up to your chin, it won't stay up to protect your neck from the weather, instead it slouches down and pokes you in the neck. Also, not warm at all, although it seemed to be the perfect type of jacket for fall or spring, sadly did not work at all for either one of those seasons. Super disappointing, especially for the price.

Bought for my self but second guessed my normal XL size and purchased the XXL to allow for sweatshirts or bulky sweaters.WOW was it too big. The sleeve inseam is ONLY 18in,(way to short for me).I took of one star because the lining is pink plaid and not orange like the picture. My loss is my best friend's gain.She LOVES this jack. Perfect length of arms, for her, coverage over her caboose, loose enough fit to allow for a sweater and still be able to zip it up all the way. The Tarmac color looks just like the picture and has a slight shiny look, not a bad shine. Actually makes it look cuter. The zipper works silky smooth and the buttons function confidently. First impression taking out of the bag is THIS jacket is HEAVY. Quality look very good. I would have thought this cost more than $100 if I didn't know better. Highly recommended for the write size.
