Bought two of these and both were broken beyond repair. :/ And not eligible for returns. Waste of money.

The pieces were broken when I received it. I was unable to replace it or get a refund. The kit was cute and the icing and candy were nice. But we couldn’t build the house as the 2 big pieces were too broken.

The only scary thing about this haunted house is that it arrived in a million tattered pieces. Even all of the candy decorations were broken. Simply awful. No response from the seller when I alerted them.

Totally smashed on arrival! Unusable. Very disappointed twin seven year old boys.
My nieces little seven year old twin boys, Teddy and Freddy, were heartbroken when their much anticipated "Spooky Houses" kits arrived positively shattered! We are all very disappointed.

Cookies for the house were all busted up!
Cookie is completely broken in pieces and this item is not returnable so now I’m out $20 and my grandson is heartbroken
