New pasta shapes & recipe options
Love the shape and consistency of tge oasta as its often hard to make heartier pasta recipes that are gluten free, such as ziti. The ridges on the penne are awesome, just wish the taste was a bit creamier. Thank you for expanding gluten-free options!!!

Chalky flavor
I'm willing to give all GF pasta a chance, particularly since it offers better nutrition than other GF pastas, but neither of us liked the flavor or texture of this. Will probably give away the second package as life is too short to ruin a good meat sauce... (My favorite is still the Bionaturae GF brand, Penne or other shapes - it tastes great and does not fall part if cooked until soft.)

Great Chickpea Pasta!
This pasta is fantastic! I was looking for chickpea pasta and bought this brand solely because it has no thickeners or binding agents. I thought I might have to sacrifice texture or taste but I was willing to do so to forgo these additives. I was pleasantly surprised when I cooked the rigatoni and it held up beautifully with texture and tasted great. I just reordered and this will be my go to pasta from now on.
