I had not heard of company, hesitated but thought hey... I have AMAZON as a backup & took a leap of faith. So glad I did! Wonderful quality, beautiful design! Also so easy to install, because its pre-fabbed & mostly put together. Hardest part is uninstalling your old 1. Price IS NOT a reflection of product. Customer service is quick, courteous & will make it right. I will be back to outfit rest of house this new year!

Edit: I have been in contact with the seller's customer service, and they have made things right. They have replaced the faucet, and I am completely happy.I really like the height of the faucet compared to others. A beautiful addition to our kitchen!Initial review: I'm on the edge of returning this faucet. It looks great, but has several flaws. It is likely that these flaws are only applicable to mine, as the other reviews do not mention them. First, the finish around the setscrew is married. This is likely a result of an initial mistake during assembly in which the setscrew had been overtightened and stripped (second flaw). Which causes the most worrisome flaw. The entire faucet neck wobbles from side to side. I just don't know how long this faucet will last.Being half the cost of similar faucets in the big box stores, we will likely keep it. It is just disappointing that we lost the quality assurance lottery with our faucet.

We’ve been rennovating our home on a budget, so I have done a lot of shopping around to try and keep our costs low. When I found this faucet for only $70 I thought it would be too good to be true since the next lowest price I found was $150 online, and in stores they go up to around $300 for something similar. But this faucet works wonderfully and could not be more gorgeous. We went with the black hose to match our black cabinets and it looks wonderful. It was a simple installation, and the product has been working perfectly. I don’t see any reason to choose a more expensive version over this one. I would 100% recommend it to any and everyone.Now I will say, we have only been using it for about 3 days now. I will update my review if any problems arise. So far so good though!

I am GENUINELY impressed with the quality of this faucet!!! Seriously heavy duty!!!! It came with everything you need so installation was easy. I have a triple bowl sink and it is wide enough to reach across all three mounted. It works great, looks great and I am in love😍

This faucet is very high quality, versatile and easy to use. The neck rotates and the head pulls out nicely. The head snaps back into place with a very secure mechanism. The only issue I had was that the included supply lines are 16" which were 2" short for my sink. The reason this is an issue is because they use proprietary connectors that cannot be easily replaced by the hardware store. I had to get help to find the correct adaptor so I could then connect an additional 6" line. That one time pain is long forgotten now as the faucet is a joy to use. FYI: The box and installation manual is in badly translated "English". The pictures are very good though, so this wasn't an issue.

This was a great replacement for my kitchen. Even though the price is much less than going to a typical hardware store, the quality is great and packaged very well. If you have any doubt getting this product, you shouldn’t. I would definitely buy it again.

 This product exceeded my expectations. Easy to install, easy to use and looks amazing in my kitchen. I love it!!

I love the look and functionality of the faucet. Relatively easy to install, too. The lines were a little short and required a few connectors and an extension from a big box hardware store, but all-in-all elapsed time on installation was about an hour.
