AMAZING!!! AND RECOMMEND
These are super amazing! I absolutely love them!!! Though they are extremely hard to break in it isn't all that bad! But over all I really recommend them and I think I would buy agin!!! Btw just a tip! Get your exact size of foot!!! And if you are going to use a toe pad I recommend getting a hafe a size up so in case I confused you lol I'm a 6 so I got a 6 in a hafe because I'm using a toe pad 🙂

I love them!
They are perfect!! I didn't think that they were going to be real pointe shoes because of the low price. They are beautiful! They are actually more comfortable than my Capezios.

The price point is worth a shot if you need a tapered shoe.
I was skeptical when I saw how cheap these shoes are, but I was specifically looking for an inexpensive tapered pointe shoe so I decided to try them. I think pointe shoes usually cost more than my cell phone data plan and don't last as long. Experimenting with different shoes is imperative to find the right fit.Shape - these are very tapered with a small platform. Tapering is good if you don't have even, square toes because it gives you some extra support. The small platform made it harder for me to balance than other shoes, but the stiff shank might also have contributed to that. The box is very hard. Even after several hours of wearing them, it didn't seem to relax or mold to my feet like other shoes. This may be good for longevity, but it also makes them very noisy.Shank - These shanks are very very hard full shanks. You can hardly bend the upper half with your hands. This made it hard to roll through for me.Quality - The build quality is ok. They are mostly glued together instead of being sewn in the last. This may be ok if seams bother your feet or give you blisters, like they do me.Sizing - I went up a half size and it was perfect width in the box, but tooo long for me. I had to resew the elastic in a different place from where I put it on the heel to keep it on.Extras - they came with the matching ribbon (which is a nice bonus), foam toe pads and some nylon footies. I haven't used the nylon footies but I am experimenting with the toe pads to see if I like them better than the silicone ones.Overall I keep dancing in the shoes because I like the tapered box.

Beautiful!
These are great! The shipping was faster than I expected, which made me happy. They do come slightly snug, but nothing to complain about. I purchased the pink satin and they are gorgeous. They are a great price and are very good quality. Customer service is great and quick to respond to questions. I will definitely be buying again!

Good quality for the price!
I also am surprised at the quality of these shoes. I had to stop dancing when I was younger because they didn't make pointe shoes in my size, so I'm not a professional dancer but I do own a pair of Capezios from the 1980's and a pair of demi-pointe shoes from Sansha and I have to say, these are absolutely real pointe shoes. I think they're the ones used by the Chinese Ballet, so don't let the "surprise trout colors" fool you, the shoes are real. I ordered mine on 1/3/16, they shipped on 1/5/16 and they arrived on 1/21/16, so yes, shipping does take a while but they are the real deal. If you check eBay, you'll see they make these in colors like royal blue too.Ribbons and toe pads are included, elastic is not but any pink elastic will match. I got canvas pink to make sure the size would work and their size 10 M is just right for me, even a little loose when I'm barefoot. The toe pads that they included are way too small for me so if you have big feet, I'd get a pair of Gellows or some thing else that runs big, you might want both in these shoes.Regarding sizing, I wear a US 9.5 in shoes. The only drawbacks here are that as someone else noted, the shanks are made of steel. I'll need to take photos but trust me, it's like a thick emery board in there! The shape of the shoe is definitely meant for someone who is not playing around as the toe box tapers to a pointe. I'm not sure how these would work for an absolute beginner since that means they're harder to balance in. Definitely go up a half size at least, depending on how much padding you intend to put in there. If you look at the Bloch Aspiration model, you'll see that the toe box is almost straight which gives a beginner more stability when on pointe. These taper like other "professional" shoes.Overall, a very pleasant surprise!

Decent shoes for the price.
Nice pointe shoes for such a low price. I ordered one half size up to account for padding and they fit very well. Be aware that these shoes do not come with elastic. My only complaint is that after using them for a few weeks the corner of the toe box on one of the shoes began to cave in slightly. Not enough to impact balance, but these would perhaps not be the best pointe shoes to use for performance or competition, stick to class and rehearsal.

Shoes fit toe pads didn't
They are easy to stay on your toes ( I'm a beginner ) but the shank is stiff as hell. I almost think thought it had metal in it. The shoe fit perfect but the toe pads that came with them were way too small. My little toe is always left out, so I had to order new toe pads.

Nothing else that was listed like foot strap and foot sets
So, it only came with the shoes. Nothing else that was listed like foot strap and foot sets. I have a large foot (9.5) so I bought a 10 to wear the toe pad like another reviewer recommended. They are insanely small.
