Keys worked with some help
The keys were soft packaged. So, upon arrival they were bent. The keys were so soft it was no problem bending them back into shape. Also, one key was not cleanly cut and would not fit into the radio. After a little filing it fit. Both keys then fit the radio and released it.

Worked great on Mercedes E320
Worked perfectly removing the stock radio on my 1999 Mercedes E320. Push the keys into the radio slots until they click and then pull strait out. This kit includes 4 identical keys…. I was not aware of this, as I only needed 2 keys, thus I have a bonus set.Yes, the metal is thin. Yes, you need to use some minimal care when pushing the keys into the radio slots…. But what is the big deal? Unless you are professional installer (or a professional thief), why do you need robust tools for this task?I guess you could get spun-up that the manufacturing cost is probably about a penny per key, but such is the nature of this type of thing. One reason I selected this particular set is the keys have holes, while other similar shaped keys did not have this feature. I am not sure if these holes are functional in some cases, but I figured better safe than sorry.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
I know what you’re thinking: this product gets pretty decent reviews on average, why not buy it? I took the same chance. These tools are soft, flimsy steel. The notches are not cut correctly and they will not unlock the radio from the dash. Also, the metal is so thin it is not thick enough to actually press against the tab inside the radio to release it. When you pull on the rings the radio will not budge, but the tools just slide right out because they will not lock in place. I bent all four of them trying to use them, and cut my finger on one. Junk. Don’t waste your time.
