I can say this product works, as I have been wondering why I have dry mouth and keep getting cracks from the sides of my mouth but upon research, my iron and B+ levels were really low. Which I believe that I don't like red meat that much since it gives me upset stomach and takes forever to digest and my period has been heavy lately so after taking for 5 days. I won't know if any changes to my period till next month. Tastes great and doesn't smell bad. Gives me energy and as far as comfort it doesn't hurt my stomach.
