This is a good hat to just put on (maybe bad hair day) It is not to big, and not stiff and does not look to cowboy hat.

decent hat
I bought this hat for a cool weather outdoors vacation to help keep the snow off my head and cover my terrible hair days. It's not a clean cut as other felt fedoras I've seen but it does the job and survived 8 hour plane trips in checked baggage. I wish the brim was a bit smoother/sturdier, it seems to have a permanent wave reminiscent of a bucket hat. If you are looking for that classic fedora style I would look for a different hat. If you just want an all weather felt hat then this hat will do just fine. Also, if you have curly hair I noticed that the liner in this hat made my hair tangle up after a full day of wear. I recommend that you pull your hair back in a low ponytail to avoid this. Overall it's an okay hat but I probably won't buy it again.

So cute, good for small heads
I love Sunday Afternoons hats. I am a woman with a small head (21") and have always had a hard time finding hats that fit and don't look ridiculous. The internal adjustment system works great and makes the hat nice and snug. I am usually a size S/M, but took a chance on this one-size-fits-all style because of the other reviews saying it ran small. I agree- this would likely be too small if you've got a larger head.

Great for smaller heads.
Sunday Afternoons is one of the few hat makers that has adjustable sizing inside the hat. My head is 55cm and most hats overwhelm my face. This fedora is cute and looks great on. I like that it is a practical hat that can be used hiking or worn out to dinner.

Size small/medium (not one-size)
The quality is nice, but the hat is definitely made for people with smaller heads. It says one size, but it’s actually size small-medium. It’s a little too small for my head.

I don't have a big head by any means and it is very tight. It says one-size but i feel like it is more like 1 size fits small craniums.
