Very disappointed. I received this product six months ago and all of a sudden the off and on button stopped working. Now I am unable to use the product. I wasted the $220 I spent for this product. I will never purchase this again.

I bought this at a mall kiosk and I love it, especially because it doubles as a curling iron and can be used on damp hair. I was using the Babyliss pro porcelain ceramic flat iron but it left my hair dry and brittle. I enjoy being pampered, I’m always try new products in search of finding the perfect product for my hair. My hair is course, bleached and colored so it’s a little damaged already. After trying the Soleil iron, my hair felt much softer than using a typical flat iron and I was so impressed with the results. Soleil has great products and includes a lifetime warranty, they’ll replace it if anything goes wrong, not too many companies off that guarantee. They also provide free upgrades when they release a new model so I’m already looking forward to that!

It really wasn’t what I thought . The girl tried to on me at the mall and I decided to order it and the box came broken and the straightener wasn’t even sturdy. The plus thing is that a came with a hot comb but unfortunately my hair isn’t made for that kind of heat

Bought mine at a convention center and liked how it made my hair silky and soft. I have thick Amazonian hair that had some damage from bleaching. It doesn't pull my hair, heats up really fast, easy to maneuver, and doesn't leave my hair smelling burnt like my other flat iron. I purposefully washed my hair and only used a heat protectant when I first used this straightener to see what it would look like without all the oils or styling products. I was pleased with the outcome. Took me less than 10 min. See before/after pics. I'm only giving three stars because I definitely feel like I bought a fake one and was scammed out of $200. After I bought it I found out warrenty only covers Legitimate sellers and the receipt given to me had an address of an old house. phone number provided didn't work either. If I'm going to buy a knock off I would have definitely bought it for a lot cheaper as it's actually a decent flat iron. If you buy this product please buy it directly from the seller not a third party.

I bought this at a mall at a kiosk and I got both the hair dryer and straightener for $300 this has been so good for my hair as my hair damages easily, I’ve had less split ends than most of my high school years. Shame to see bad reviews as I’ve had nothing but good things to say, as a 26 year old

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this at a mall kiosk not amazon. I bought it around last year and it worked good until it literally had a spark that burned through the cord and shocked my face. Thank god it didn’t get in my eye. You get a lifetime warranty BUT you still have to pay another 30-40 dollars to receive it, yeah imagine spending a few hundred dollars just for it to stop working only a year after purchase and needed to BUY one since there’s sparked on you. Horrible customer service.

I was surprised to read some of the bad reviews, since this is the best flat iron I ever used. I left it in Mexico and haven’t been able to get it back. I have tried others since and still want this one back. It is pricey, but will buy it again :-)
