I love this product. A chiropractor recommended it...I was in severe pain, my muscles and tendons were severely stressed, I went to ER thinking I was having a stroke...ER DR told me I need to relax, no stroke,but, my muscles stiff as a board. A few says after taking this product I was amazed that I had actually slept thru the night. Then I realized my body no longer hurt. And it was not the chiropracter. I stopped seeing him, but, kept taking the capsules. When I ran out, my initial thought was to schedule a visit with the chiroprachter just to get the capsules, but, my daughter suggested I go on line and get them direct. So happy I did. I highly recommend Baldrian Plus. It has worked wonders for me.

Relaxes muscles and overall the body as a whole. Doesn't act like a narcotic or prescription muscle relaxer but gently works.

I've used this product for years for minor back and shoulder pain relief. It works well and I always keep a bottle in my cabinet for occasional pain.

Have used this for years for muscle spasms in my neck and back, originally got from my first chiropractor. Recently, the mfc changed to capsule instead of elongated tablet and that's why only 3 ⭐. Valerian root has a nasty odor to it, which is now all too apparent in capsule form.While I usually prefer capsules due to the greater absorbance, this is one supplement I don't care for in this form.

I have been taking Vaerian / Baldrian, a famous German remedy for years and have tried many brands. This brand is very weak and does not even smell like Baldrian (capsule with powder those normally have a strong odor). either way I have taken it many times and it simply is not working. I can tell if it is working because it will:- switch your brain off, turn of rotating thoughts,- allows you to drift off to sleep and stay asleep all night- deeper more restful sleep- feel refreshed in the morning on less sleep than if I do not take itI also take Melatonin as it benefits sleep and metabolism and weight loss.The best brands I have found, that do not vary in strength are:- Zirkulin Baldrian Hops capsules (my favorite! easy to swallow hard tablet)- Funat Valerian Extract liquidI prefer Zirkulin but it is hard to get.Do not buy this one - it is weak and not worth any money - I threw the rest of the bottle away. Not even worth it as a back up.
