Great product
I had originally purchased one of these at a kitchen shop while on vacation. I kept bragging to friends about how well it worked, but no one could find one. Then, Voila !! I found this one on Amazon. I works exceptionally well to "oven fry" breaded pork, chicken, etc. Works so much better than an air fryer and so easy to clean.

better than a baking rack
bought this for cooking chicken and bacon in the ovenso much easier than cleaning a backing rack. pop it in the dishwasher and your good to goelevates the food so it cooks evenlylove it

Bread your chicken or pork chops...brown in oil stagger on this matt and and the crust browns and keeps the meat moist because coating does not come off when laid on this matt..bake 1 hr 45 min on 360..cover with foil last 30 min.

A very helpful product!
Loved using this in my convection oven for roasting vegetables. It takes away some of the oil. I washed it in the dishwasher. I store it by laying it flat in the rimmed cookie sheet. A very good buy. I’ll probably put it in some Christmas stockings.
