No more painful cramps.- Help with supplying enough electrolytes for your body. Make you feel less fatigue when you take it often.- Long lasting. It feels like I have the bottle forever because I'm only using drops of it. Lol.+Cons:- Freaking terrible taste. If you use it to cook, only add very few drops. And be careful when adding to your water, you don't want to add too much or the water taste like medicine. Yuck.- Pricey. But I guess it does last for a long time. Worth every penny.

This product has worked miracles on my Daughter and I. We both prefer taking it in the morning. It calms my anxiety, puts me in a great mood and gives me instant energy. Good product

This is a great source of natural magnesium plus extra minerals. Yes the flavour is nothing to brag about but just simply put it in some grape juice and no problem.

I have been using this producto for more than 1 year and I recommend it to any person that needs high quality magnesium in their diet.

It’s a great price for the quantity. Only (small) complaint, is the packaging; the lid always arrives broken. Product is still usable, but just a wish for better packaging.
