Not soft. Lumpy.
I thought this was worth buying because the reviews were great and there was a $10 off coupon. NOPE. It is not worth half what I paid. The shag is thin. It is not yummy soft. I found a pet bed at TJ Maxx for $13 that is MUCH nicer than this bed. I prefer to shop online. But, I went shopping at real stores, after this arrived, to find a decent pet bed. I hoped this bed would be as described. It isn't as described.The bed is shrink wrapped flat. It puffs up quickly once the wrapper is removed. I waited several hours for it to continue filling out. It never did. The lumps never went away. My advice is to look elsewhere for a pet bed.My review is based on a verified purchase.

Better than the bedding you get in stores
This is truly a wonderful bedding. Even though our pet is around 15 lbs in weight, the 30” bedding is perfect for her. She loves it. Read the instructions, before using it. This is a real nice New Year gift for your best friend.

LOVES her new bed!
When I took the bed out of the box and felt it, it felt like clouds in heaven! I placed it on the floor on our living room and within a few hours, Jacki, my 14 year old dog, was already in it, enjoying its flushness... And with a great low price, highly recommended!

Best pet bed! Great price!
My dogs ADORE this bed. I bought two, one for each of them, and of course, they fight over the same one, but that's neither here nor there. The point is, they won't use any other bed now. And, the bottom of the bed is removable, so it's easy to wash this thing in the washing machine. Highly recommend!!!

Our cat loves this bed.
This is a well designed and well made bed. I purchased it for our cat to use at night when the fireplace is on but he spends a lot of day time in it as well because he likes it so much.
