Staheekummens Sierra Flannel

Slippers 1 star, customer service 5 stars. Like a few others that reviewed this product I had a problem with the sole splitting on my original pair of slippers. Luckily for me, I contacted Staheekum directly , provided pictures and the invoice and since I was still inside the 1 year warranty they replaced my defective product with another pair of similar slippers. Although the original purchase did not meet my expectations their customer service did what was necessary to rectify the situation.

I gave my husband a pair of these two years ago and he really loved them, wearing them every day morning and evening. They showed no outward signs of wear and continued to be very comfortable and good looking slippers. Recently, he accidentally spilled a large amount of paint on them, rendering them unusable. He immediately asked me to order him another pair. As Amazon keeps a record of all my purchases, it was easy to find my previous order and order them once again. They arrived 2 days later, and I have a very happy husband! An excellent buy for your guy!

These moccasin slippers are way over priced for what the buyer gets. I did not keep these, I sent them back for refund.First, every pair of shoes, boots and slippers I own are 11D (medium) and these 11D slippers were way too tight. They would not have broken in to fit. That was enough to return them, but I had other issues with the quality. The laces were soft nylon shoe laces, not leather like most moccasins. The problem using regular shoe laces is they stretch much more than leather. I suspect this is why several reviewers had the stitching blow out between the tongue and sides. Lastly the inner and outer sole is too thin, it offers little protection for the foot. I tend to walk down to get the paper in my slippers and I'd be concerned stepping on a pebble with these. I've paid less for better.

Finding horseshoes that fit my husband and are not too difficult to put on with and without socks is not easy because he has Parkinsonism. The Staheekum shoes seem to be a good purchase because they meet both of these needs. I liked them for the elastic insets at the instep, which give a little more stretch when needed, and the material is flexible enough to have a little give. They did have a peculiar smell but we put them outside for a day or so and that seemed to help. We also liked the soles because he shuffles when he walks and we didn't want a sole with "cleats" that catch on carpeting. We haven't had them long enough to see how well they wear.

I can ordinarily wear size 12-D shoes (although in Redwing work boots, at least, the fit of a 13B is better), so gave these slippers a try in that size - and ended-up exchanging them for a pair of size 13-D. My big toes were rubbing on the 12's; they're fine in the 13's, now. The slippers are warm and enveloping without being so warm that your feet would get sweaty on a cool morning, the soles are perfect for a morning walk down the lane with your dog to grab your paper, and I think they're more than up to the task of making a late-evening dash somewhere for a sundae or milkshake. They're very comfortable, I think they're good looking, seem like a good value - and I would recommend them.

The top to side stitching let go after only three (3) weeks and that seam is opening up so much that they have become very loose fitting. I do not see a way to fix them, except perhaps some type of glue which will look terrible. I do not recommend buying these slippers - they will not last.

Fit was a little tight in the toe box but soon stretched out to provide a good fit. I don't like lace up slippers but to get "leather" I went with it. The genuine pigskin leather material is suspicious, no scent, no true pigskin texture. A good imitation if it's not real. The problem with most all men's slippers is that they do not breathe and cause our feet to sweat...well these slippers do not solve that issue either. No arch support, the foam insoles soon flattened out.

Arrived when they said they would. We had previously purchased these same slippers at a store, so I ordered the same size my husband was currently wearing. We especially like the bottom soles, which allow you walk outside and they hold up extremely well. Very well made. Will be ordering them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Very comfortable and just warm enough without being too hot. Nice looking and the sole is sturdy enough to wear outside on the deck or in the garage. The fit is slightly snug but I think they will expand a bit once they’re broken in.

I love these slippers because my husband loved them so much. He wears only moccasin type slippers all year long. He likes the sheep skin lined ones for the winter and the flannel lined for the summer. These were perfection according to him. They fit great, slightly tight but he will break them in in no time, but the right length. The last ones I bought him are already finished, full of paint droplets and dirty, but these are a better quality and he has promised not to paint anything with them on.I have already put them back on my wish list for the next time I need to order him summer slippers. Ordering an item again is the highest recommendation someone can give a product.Update: October 24, 2020. I ordered another pair of these slippers for my husband and he loves them as much as the first time. They are a very good slipper for the price.

Very comfortable and well-made. After about 6 months of daily wear around the house, these slippers show no signs of deterioration or poor craftsmanship. The rubber on the bottom is solid enough to grip any surface, and not too thick as to make them uncomfortable. They are also quite warm! Some nights I'll have to take my feet out of them (if my apartment is particularly warm) to let my feet cool off. This is especially nice in the winter. They fit a little small as I generally wear a half-size, however they do stretch to fit with wear.

I have size 11EEE feet and the 12M was too short. I was expecting that they might not be wide enough but they were short like a 10. The stretchable material didn't matter because it was so cramped everywhere in the toe. The back had lots of room and was comfortable but the toe was really cramped. My toes got uncomfortably warm as well.If you have a foot that fits these slippers then they would probably be amazing.

Par deux fois j'ai commandé la taille 8M Men/ 9M Women et reçu la taille 9M Men. Il y a un problème entre ce que l'on affiche et ce qui est envoyé! J'ai soumis ce problème en retournant les articles, mais n'ai eu aucun suivi sauf un remboursement. Le produit semble de bonne qualité, le problèmes est ailleurs!
