Looks like a piece of styrofoam
I bought it for a gift, so I can't answer how the suction or comfort does, but I was disappointed by the appearance. It looks like a piece of Styrofoam. Thankfully the recipient seemed happy with it, including that it cannot pop like her previous inflatable bath pillow. So I guess it does have that going for it.

I bought this little pillow for my jacuzzi in my bathroom a standard tub jacuzzi not the big outdoor kind. Everything was as described it's a hard pillow with a suction on the back the suction stays really well and although it's hard it is very comfortable. My shipping was good no problems grill shop again.

the cushion is hard as a rock!
This super soft ergonomic bathtub cushion is hard as a rock. You cannot rest your head or neck comfortably on it. Am very disappointed in this product. It was a total waste of my money!
