I was happy to buy this product for a small fraction of the price of others. Easy to apply. Two coats sealed bathroom tile grout very well.

This was easy to use and did the job. It took me a couple hours one afternoon to seal the tile around my tub. The only drawback was the fumes. I have asthma, so I am sensitive to odors. I had to take several breaks due to the odor, even when using the bathroom fan. This probably wouldn't be a problem for most people, but it is why I didn't finish the job in just an hour.

Easy to use. I regrouted and then waited two days to apply this. Good protection from stains. I spilled coffee and no stain!

Sealer comes out nozzle in middle with foam encircling making it impossible to do edges. Messy for all else. I ended up pulling the applicator top off and pouring liquid in a cup and used small paint brush. Much better. Less mess.

I used a sponge brush to apply two coats. The sealing was good after the second coat.

It was easy to apply. Hopefully it will work in the next rain.

Horrible applicator !! i’m not sure why I didn’t get that this product sucked with the reviews . It is nearly impossible to use the applicator to seal the grout. I needed it to do the corner of my shower which I should’ve realized this was not going to work but even if it was a flat surface I don’t even know if it would work. I am now trying to figure out how I can use the product without using the horrible applicator. I think I’m going to cut open the bottle and then use a brush to place it on the grout myself. All in all I had a a very very frustrating Time trying to apply this product.
