TroyBilt Chipper/Lawn Vac Bag. Bag ONLY

I had to see it to believe it. They nailed it on not just matching but exceeding the original. My initial reaction is this was a great purchase and is worth every penny.The construction is very comparable to the original withe the exception of the zipper. The zipper is far superior to original.The top, bottom, and flap are of the same canvas like material. The sides are also a perfect replica of the original fabric. This also comes with the same style elastic band and cinch strap where it mounts to the machine. Stitching all appear to be durable.This new bag is replacing the original which is now roughly 22 years old. The original has taken its fair share of abuse over that time. Ultimately, the zipper had begun acting up the last few years to the point this year it doesn't "bind" anymore. That's the showstopper on these bags. If the zipper fails, you're done.The zipper on the new one is clearly a heavier gauge and wider which I've tried to show in the picture.Very excited to try out the new bag and will try to update the review periodically.UPDATENow into my second season and have gone through dozens of full loads to this point. Some of them have been heavy depending on wetness of leaves. The bag is still holding up great. No fraying and the zipper is holding up well.

My father wanted me to get a very old leaf grinder he had going again after it sat idle more than a decade. After a thorough cleaning, rebuild of carb/fuel pump, oil change and cable repair, it was time to track down engine air filters and a new bag. To my surprise it took longer to find the filters than the bag but my father was very happy to see the new bag fit perfectly and was much better constructed than the original. The bag fabric is heavy but the weave lets the air pass easily. The zipper is heavy duty. The back two holed straps attach perfectly to the hooks on the machine handle. The cinch strap on the bag entrance works great.

I have a Lazy Boy Chipper vac and of course the manufacturer no longer makes a bag for it. This one looked close so I bought it. The bag tired on to the distribution connection tightly. I hung the bag up using a bungee cord through the grommets the bag already had as a mounting point. The intake was a little higher than the LazyBoy, so I put a strap around the middle to hold it up, so it would not rub on the ground. It worked great. It let air escape at a fast rate and still caught lots of dust., dirt, etc. Zipper looks very well made. It took all of 5 minutes to hook up.

This fits perfectly & a lot more stronger than the original one. I like the double zipper. So much easier to empty it.

Perfect Fit on my Troy Bilt Chipper/VAC I think this bag will be more durable. Installed with ease.

The bag I bought fit the chipper, but after a few loads the elastic that fits around the top of the chipper chute broke, thus the bag now falls off and leaks around the chute. It was very expensive for the quality of the product.

OMG it works so well. I've removed a lot of hedge and small trees around the property and couldn't burn it for the proximity of other trees I didn't want destroyed. I needed a bag for a chipper I bought cheap with a bad motor I had a replacement for, and there was no bag with it. I ordered this one by the product description and it was right. Now I'm bagging mulch to give away instead of burning branches.

I was a little hesitant when I got the small package and thought it was "a little light" but after opening it and attaching it to my chipper/vac it's better than the original (mine was over 25 years old). Very high quality construction, from the elastic band to the high quality YKK zipper I was very impressed. The price was great too. Can't recommend it enough.
