Caleb is on to something!
I've given my daughter the offer to earn $20.00 every time she reads a self help book and writes a report on it. She's a little young for this offer, but I liked the idea instead of paying money for chores, so I gave it a shot. She is a veracious reader of fiction books already. I bought this as a gift for her 9th birthday, thinking, "If she reads this in the next 2 years I'll be happy."Well, one night a week later, during bedtime story time she says, "Oh daddy I started reading that book you gave me for my Birthday." I said "Oh great! How far into it are you?" She replies, "I'm on chapter 5." I was surprise and didn't quite believe her so I said, "That's awesome honey! What have you learned so far?" She proceeded to tell me a whole list of things she had already learned, which peaked my interest in reading the book myself.I was impressed, not only with my daughter, but with this boy Caleb who wrote the book. I know very little about him so far but he must really be on to something to have it translate to other kids so easily and clearly. This is coming from someone who has read (or attempted to read) most of the great self help books out there. Some I have started and stopped a few times because I just couldn't get into them. She has since finished the entire book and is planning to read it again before giving me a report. Maybe THEN I will finally be able to get my own hands on it for a read!

Great book, easy read
I got this for my kids and previewed it and got hooked and read it all in one night and am so excited for my kids to read it. My daughter has already started writing out her goals almost every morning and accomplished one of them in just a short time since starting...has a great outlook and cut the word "can't" out of our dictionary.I had been listening to these great podcasts and reading great books myself and trying to incorporate it into our homeschool learning and pass on to my kids and kept wishing there was the same thing but in a more relatable format for kids and this is exactly what I was trying to piece together but way better. I have since also just signed my kids up to Caleb Maddix APEX 4 Kids program and just started yesterday which is perfect as we are starting back our school year this year. My word for our homeschool year last year was "connection" and this year I think it's going to be about "mindset and personal growth" And this book, his program and I also ordered the Big Life Kids Journals (before I knew about APEX- we'll see APEX and journals might be overkill so maybe I'll save the Big Life Journals for next year...I'll see how it all comes together but all 3 of my kids are interested and engaged so far with this book and now the videos in APEX 4 Kids. The book alone without APEX for kids is awesome, inspiring and motivating. My daughter just after reading only the first 3 chapters has decluttered and organized her room, giving away half her stuff and now for the past 3 weeks has kept it clean and tidy (which is a first in her 12 years of life). So, she still needs to read the rest of the book but based on what I even got out of it, and what she has so far, I think this book is a worthy investment.I'm a Charlotte Mason inspired homeschooler and I've struggled with her philosphy on habit training and all that..which is why I say Charlotte Mason inspired! lol! But this book I feel like encompasses and helps facilitate a lot of the good things a Charlotte Mason recommends but is not always easy to accomplish, and presents it in an engaging, modern, kid friendly way. And honestly, even as an adult, there are gold nuggets in here based off a lot of the bigger books that I have on my night stand that I struggle to make the time to read through, and some of all that good stuff is in here, in a condensed format...so even though it's written for kids, I think this book could also be beneficial to young adults and adults who are looking for a condensed, fast read, personal improvement book. I didn't even know about the APEX 4 Kids program til like a month after buying this book, and I'm glad I did, it just makes it easier to engage all this good stuff with my kids and I'm looking forward to the positive impact it will have on our family this year.

Authentic and Applicable, Must buy!
At 13 years old, this young man has so much wisdom, passion, and authenticity! His personal stories and tangible examples make it easy for both kids and adults to understand and apply the keys to being successful. I bought this for my son and decided to read it and will definitely continue to apply the keys to my life. In reading this book, I am inspired by how much one person, action, etc. can make a difference and would strongly recommend it to anyone as well as will be buying more to share with my friends. This book is a great gift item and a must read for every kid. I look forward to reading his next book - Extreme Teens!

Author Only 12 When He Wrote This!
I was so pleasantly surprised by this book. I've only gotten through the first two chapters and they were well-written and actually helpful. But then my son found it and he basically hasn't put it down! I first "met" Caleb on Instagram, then followed him on Snapchat. He is fun to watch on there, unlike some of the older guys who use SC to promo their similar businesses. Caleb, you rock!

A must have book for your kids!!
I want to first give prompts to Caleb Maddox. He is 13-years old and when I read this book it gave me hope for the generations of kids to come!!I have a 6year old son and bought this book to help my son be successful in his future. Little did I know that this book has me want to make sure I GRIND toed my goals in my life too! I am excited to share this book with my son and make this book more than pages but a life altering device. The tips and suggestions in this will definitely put yourself on your way to success. It can be health or even personal growth.Another thing I love about this book is that a lot of people are scared of super big books. This book is a good quick read but extremely packed with wealth of knowledge. I can definitely see any kid finishing this book and not being bored.
