Loving them so far.
I do tend to keep a very clean house. Recently, my brother was helping us with some new construction on our house, and each day he would go take a nap in whatever bed he was closest to. Well, he had bed bugs in his own apartment, and I guess he didn't realize what he was doing. We have 3 queen size beds, one full size and we just bought a new king size this past weekend. I found about 5 bugs in one bed, 3 in one, and only one on one, but that is too many, and who knows how many I didn't find. I purchased enough of these encasement's to cover all of the beds, and just reordered for the brand new bed to keep it from being contaminated. I only ordered 2 pillow cases, for the expensive pillows that are made of memory foam because they can not go in the dryer. All of the rest of the pillows can be put on high heat and should be fine. I read hundreds of reviews before deciding on this brand. Now, I can not speak yet on how well they will last long term, but I can say that they arrived in fantastic shape, no rips or problems with stitching or anything bad that I could see, other than one pillow case is messed up on the final enclosure of the zipper. I should return it, but that is too much of a hassle.I found them to be super simple to install. The zipper has to be zipped the rest of the way, then unzip it fully. Slide it over one end of the mattress with the bunched side to the back, smooth side to the front. Having help lifting the mattress is nice, but it can be done alone if you are creative. I did the king size mattress and each half of the box springs completely by myself and found it to be easier than the beds my son helped me with. Slide it and position it and start zipping. The bunchy part to the back pulls the front nice and smooth. I did use extra padding when enclosing the box springs to prevent sharp edges. There can't be any openings if you want bed bug protection. So far, there have been no more bites. I truly pray this takes care of the problem without it getting any worse. I did spray the bed frames down with rubbing alcohol and I have some more cleaning and inspecting to do. I have also been rewashing and/or running all bedding through the dryer for at least 30 minutes each, and trying to move treated items to a separate area to prevent re-contamination. Bed bugs are just such a gross thought, but they can happen no matter how clean you are.As far as comfort, I would compare the feel of these closely to parachute pants. There is a tiny bit of sound, but not bothersome at all. It does allow sheet corners to slide off more easily, if you have a husband like mine, that can't sit on the bed without popping off the sheets. The only thing I find weird is when I get out of bed, I can see and hear air going back into the encasement. I guess my body weight squishes the air out, and when I get up, it re-inflates itself. I haven't noticed any extra heat, but it is winter time right now. I think once the bug scare is over-with, I will put my thick mattress protector covers back on top of these, for the extra cushioning and then I doubt I will notice these are even there.

5 years later- still saving my mattress!
My friend just got a new puppy, when I told her all that my mattress protector has been through she asked me for the link and told me to write a review!I purchased this in 2017, 5 years later it has saved my mattress from many accidents! Most notable of saves are: - my partner accidentally scaring the literal pee out of my 70 lb Labrador retriever who was asleep on our bed. No holding back. Full bladder emptying pee.-Me spilling an entire bowl of chicken noodle soup trying to take care of my sick partner.Mattress was safe and dry after both of these!I will say that after 5 years there are some tears around the zipper closure which could impact the protection from bedbugs. I was worried about that mostly during apartment living- these days it’s the waterproof element that this clumsy pet owner cares about.I’ve moved 4 times since purchasing it and have not been overly gentle with moving the mattress, so despite the tears, I’m pleased with the durability for the price I paid.Ease of use: I’m a petite 5’2 female and have been able to put the case back on by myself multiple times when I’m too impatient to wait for help.

pretty good buy for the pillows you love
All right so iv been using this for about a year or so now. I have to say is pretty good. The protection is an amazing, easy wash with no problems. As far as comfortability goes I recommend knowing what your actual pillow size is. I got a queen case for a none queen pillow not the best play in the world but hey I'm human and they were gifts. They do puff up when you flop on them but that's just the added extra air in there. All and all comfortable. There is some sound with these protectors so if you are not a fan of that not for you but not noticeable once you get used to it. As for the hot sleepers probably not for you does hold in the heat but do stay cool depending on your environment.

Great Pillow Cover.
These 2 pillow covers are great. They are excellent value for the money. They are quality made and work better than expected. If these pillow slips ever need replacing, which I doubt, I will definitely buy them again. John D.

Seems good quality
You have to put it on while calm. The best way is to stand the mattress up on one end and slide it over the top. Then carefully find how to fit it over the mattres, if you get the top end done then the rest falls in place. It seemed a little warm to lay down on at first but I got use to it after a few days. Seems good.

Even if the matress is heavy and the cover does have to go under and overtop you CAN get it on!
I wanted to protect the new mattress from every possible disaster I could and like the idea that the whole thing is protected from even water spills. So I can sleep better because I have cats and grand kids and one never knows when the accident will happen. And id be devastated if my investment in the mattress was soiled by anything at all!The fit is a little big for a full 12" mattress but it still manages to be wrinkle free for comfort and the top sheets. However I do find it rather thin, part of this being that the "plush" on top to give it a cloth rather than plastic feel is not as "plush" as I would like. Thin flannel top sheets don't like to grip it as well as they would a plusher surface, a small price to pay perhaps. Though I did not have a problem with the price of this cover Id have liked a heavier plush on the surface.
