useful device to use wisely to perform it efficiently
my wife calls it a perfect tool to straighten jumbled, crumbled, entangled hair. obviously it is for her as my hair are not that long that i use it. but it works well. doesn't take much time to straighten her hair at around 400 to 430 degrees. with every next use, she finds it more efficient. or perhaps she is gaining expertise with every experience. few important things to have risk free experience1. keep it away from any liquid material when in use2. my wife ensures hair are completely dry.3. set temperatures according to your hair style as suggested in the instruction booklet. in fact, read it completely and understand thoroughly before using it.4. keep away from kids.5. don't experiment too much with it.6. don't pack it back immediately after use. let it cool down completely.7. remember it is more than a normal brush with special bristles. it has a cost. and it is an electrical device. use it safely and wisely.above all, my wife liked it and found it easy to control its off-on and temperature up-down soft buttons that are part of the firm grip.

This product is defective. Not heating . If you are not returning it at least it should be exchanged. As we are not checking the product at the time of dispatch exchanged facility should be there. What to do now in this situation. I am regular customer of Amazon. Please help me out.

Safe to use
This Kitchen Point Women's Electric Comb heats up very fast within 30 seconds,and it straightens my hair which is long,thick and waive in like 10 min which is very fast.It has protectors on it so you can't get to close to your scalp and get burned which is great

delivered wrong product
before buying it i have gone through the reviews and few customers posted the picture of hair strightner brush so i thought its a combo of curler and straightner brush. So bought it. after delivering the product i have received flat iron straightner with curler. So i m returning this. very badly disoppointed. either customers have posted wrong pics if so plz correct else deliver the proper product

Makes hair smooth
the electric hair brush arrived in proper working condition this time. earlier i had received a broken one. Since this is a non-returnable item they should have been more careful. Anyways now the 2nd time that this item is good. It makes your hair smooth and not really very straight like what a straightening machine does. it can remove the frizziness of hairs and gives them a clean smooth appearance. so its not that bad. do partition of hairs and then you can use it effectively. when you switch it on its temperature starts increasing. it is safe to use. the heat from the brush works on the hairs.
