Really helped warm me up
I didn't notice a difference at first, and that's actually a GREAT thing. I suffer from cold hands and feet and have a mild circulatory condition, but some of the other formulas I have tried make me feel nauseous or make me feel strange or flushed for a few hours after I take the pills. With this, I don't really notice anything...except for the fact that my hands and feet are generally warmer. My partner even commented on it without me mentioning anything about taking the pills - under conditions where we hold hands in cold weather and they felt warm. That's when I knew this worked and was the formula for me. It works on subtle levels without any crazy side effects or issues.

Did not improve leg circulation
After taking this product for a month, I am not experiencing any improvement in heavy leg sensation, calf inflammation, or freezing cold feet. I bought a three month supply, so hopefully, it will begin to become effective soon. If it starts working, I will update this review. But I feel I wasted my money.
