Shower System with Temperature Display, Shower Faucet with Tub Spout Rainfall Shower Head Handheld Shower, Chrome Finish

I was unable to make decision in picking out which shower system for my new bathroom; then this Derpra Luxury Shower System was introduced from a friend. At first, I thought it will be costly but it was not the price is reasonable for 3 in 1 systemWe like the shower system; it looks very elegant for our new bathroom. The temperature displays would help to adjust the right temp. while in shower.The customer service is awesome. I gave 5 stars for the services; for some reason, the handheld shower hose was missing in the box but we got it replaced right away after we emailed the seller.We would recommend this Derpra Luxury Shower System to anyone like 3 in 1 system: shower head, faucet and handheld shower.

After reading numerous reviews, researching units for my new reno, I settled on this unit with high expectations....only to get a call from my plumber stating that I will need a door in the back of the shower wall if I don’t want to rip out the tile every time it fails, which in his experience these items do fail every couple of years. That being said, it’s past the return date, so I’m stuck with a 250.00 mistake.I forwarded the comments and solutions from other reviewers. I’m hoping we can salvage some parts or use it in the other bathroom where a “catch door” can be installed without ruining the house.Love the look, idea and concept very disappointed in the execution of the manufacturing and false launch of a product that should have had better quality control.Lesson learned. Going with a known and tested product.

I was really excited to receive this shower system for my bathroom remodel, and had my plumber re-configure the plumbing to accommodate. However, this is NOT designed for a bathtub type of shower. Well, that is, unless you feel like reading an entire novel while your tub fills. Because the water has to go first up to the control piece, the water pressure is drastically reduced. Even if you don't need to use your tub, your shower wouldn't pass an inspection if you ever wanted to sell your house, because it only fills about a gallon per minute. So, I had to disassemble it (which cost me another $200 in plumber fees). I tried to contact the company, but they are located in China and they said they had no one available who could speak English. They take 24 hours to return each email, which was super annoying. And they seemed more concerned with a review I might write vs. getting my problem resolved. Very frustrating.

i built a 2 shower head system in my bathroom and installed two of these babies. Honestly i was a bit worried about being made in India in terms of quality and fittings. These shower heads and valves arrived in a case where every single part had its own cutout in the foam/sponge like material, in a kind of cardboard case. After inspecting all the components, I was a bit surprise at the quality. Practically every component was solid brass with super high mirror like crome. Much better quality in my opinion than Delta, Moen or the euro brands. It came with its pertinent hardware and even a pair white silk gloves for handling the mirror finish components during the install. It was very easy to install, because the valve assy has a collar that helps with the drywall or sheet rock thickness. The water flow could be a bit more, but then again I'm a Floridian and we love allot of water. The temperature and water usage read out is not important to me but it looks good with its red and green led's. i also like the fact that you dont need batteries or external power, it actually generates its own power upon water flow by means of a built in miniature dynamo. Over all I give it a 9 (1-10)

Bought this Shower system and cant recommend it enough. It looks expensive then its price and finish is very posh. Installation is straight forward and all the parts were in the pack.Temperature display is added bonus and it also tells you the time water has been running. Would recommend this product.

I ordered 2 of these and one of them the temperature doesn’t work. I’m trying to message the company to get a replacement sent but It’s not very easy

Very stylish. We were nervous because you know you are ordering from China, but the customer service was outstanding. We emailed a question about installation and they responded same day. (FYI, you don't have to follow the measurements in the instructions--it would have put our shower head way too low. As long as you have sufficient water pressure, put the shower head at the height you want. Also, the male and female couplings are reversed. If you are installing yourself, YouTube it--there's a few extra pointers out there)Do you really need to know the temperature of the water or how long you've been showering? Probably not, but it's still cool.

Installation went well however the LED readout stopped working after two weeks. Was nice while it lasted.
