Ok if you have narrow feet and runs very small
Purchased a size 9, which I am consistently, in boots. These are definitely more like a size 8 (and tried on with very thin socks) and are very narrow - my toes were touching the end of the boot and the narrowness was uncomfortable. The lining is nice and soft. I wouldn't say your feet will stay very warm if hiking or playing without thick wool socks, so with that in mind, you would probably have to size down 1 1/2 sizes. Velcro straps on sides were useful since the boot flairs out slightly at the top. Look to be waterproof as they say, although I'm not sure if you stuck this boot into a puddle if that would still be the case. The top of the foot and the shaft of the boot are made of a padded nylon material. The sides of the foot are made of that synthetic material that mimics a smooth suede, so that part would do fine as far as being waterproof. Seemed like good cushioning in the soul. Would be good for hiking in winter. I'm returning due to the size issue.

Comfortable and easy to adjust
Got this right on time, just before the 1st snow this year. A really comfortable boot and easy to slip in. It has a large space at the ankle and above. It both creat enough space for easily try on but also a little bit loose when walking. You can adjust using the flexible string. Like it so far~

The snow boots are very comfortable inside. My daughter can play freely on the snow and there is no ice to enter the snow boots.

Really warm and easy to put on.
I definitely need a pair winter snow boot like this. It fits perfectly. But I would recommend to order extra half size since winter sock is thicker. The best part of this boot is there are tiny metal craws underneath the boot that you can open it up when you walk in a snowy or icy day. It prevents you from slipping. I thought that was a pretty neat feature.

Soft, warm, slip resistance
The purple color appeared to be darker than I expected which I am happy about coz before I placed the order, I was afraid that it might be too bright to catch up eyes and I would get sick of it soon but as soon as I opened the package, I am glad I chose this color. And the fleece/(or whatever it is , I am not good at defining the material,lol) inside is super soft and warm, it is easy to slip in my feet. I am a normally size 6 but ordered 6.5, and it fits me perfectly with socks. I don’t want to take them off once I put my feet in. I think it will be more perfect if the opening can be a little big smaller(maybe coz I have slim legs, lol) but it does allow plenty of room to tuck in cozy and thick winter pants. Overall, a pleasant purchasing experience!
