Great
I first thought that it looked a bit flimsy and wouldn’t be any good, but I get so much use from this cup. I use it every morning to take a hot drink to work with me. I’ve used it regularly in Supermarket cafes, express coffee machines ect it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, to be a reusable cup. There’s many different designs and sizes to choose from. Really easy to clean and I’ve had no problems with spillages. The soft grip holds it firmly in place when it’s in the door of the car. Not had it sat in a cup holder so not sure how it would be when driving. Easy to clean, doesn’t spoil the taste of the drink and no smelly cup at the end of the day. So far there’s been no staining of the inside from tea and coffee. Made to a high standard and very durable. The only annoying thing is i feel the little cap/plug could have been designed better. It flips back when drinking but without it I imagine drinks could splash or spill. It’s a small detail but I get much use from this product and will order more.

Love this cup
I love this product. I bought it as a solution to carry my tea whilst I am on crutches and it’s the perfect solution - I can carry it without spilling it. It’s exactly as described. The lid fits easily and I tested it with cold water first to make sure when i was carrying it with hot drinks I wouldn’t spill it or burn myself. Love the design too. Also love the environmental aspects as this product. I would buy again.

Great product!
Good, durable material. Although the cup becomes piping hot when tea is added to it, it can be carried with ease using the silicone sleeve which warms up, but enough not to burn your hands. Out of stupidity I smashed my ceramic one I had before, so I feel this one is much better for me. Love the green earth design, no issues with the cup overall.

A bit disappointing
I really like this cup for its looks and the bamboo is standing up well so far to the dishwasher. A couple of things do hinder its use though, both to do with the lid. Firstly, some dishwasher tablets (particularly ones for commercial use, it seems) leave a taste on the silicone lid which is quite unpleasant and a rinse doesn’t really get rid of this. This doesn’t happen when it goes through our dishwasher at home. Secondly, the silicone lid is very flimsy and really not that secure as a result. I find it doesn’t work well enough to be safe while travelling and certainly not while driving. I work with vulnerable adults and the lid is so easily knocked off that it might as well not be there. I’m a little disappointed by the lid as it would otherwise be a really good product, but I think I’ll need to replace it fairly soon with a cup that has a more secure lid.

Flimsy rubber lid hard to fit onto rigid bamboo mug
The rubber lid is flimsy and hard to get back on to the rigid bamboo cup. I bought it because I lost my plastic reusable mug and needed to replace it and I wanted to try and be eco friendly with this bamboo mug. but I’m now gonna use it as a plant pot and buy another plastic mug instead - plastic mug, plastic lid is more robust while being lightweight.

Love it
Great cup its supper cute :) only down side is when you first make a cuppa in it its too hot to hold and if you leave tea sitting in it then youll get a ring on it that will not clean off. However once you learn to rince it soon as ypu can then its great :) its still a great wee cup and much better for the environment

Useful cup for on the go
I really enjoy the colourful design of the cup, it also keeps drinks warm for a while which makes it perfect on the go. Transporting it back home is a bit annoying though as the lid has come off in my bag. I definitely recommend bringing a leak proof bag for the transport home in case there is just the tiniest bit of left-overs in the cup. However I still enjoy this product and I am glad I will no longer have to buy any paper or plastic to-go cups.

Better than it first looks
At first glance I was disappointed as it looked like the lid was flimsy and wouldn't work however I am glad I tried it out as its actually really good
