Burner Malfunction
One of the burners does not stay lit, but the other lights easily and stays lit. The malfunctioning one burns the excess fuel on top of the burner screen, puffs six or seven times and then goes out completely. Repeated process results in the same malfunction. Both burners have the same fresh, out of the bottle Royal Flame ethanol in them. Trying to get Skypatio (Babylon) to respond with satisfactory explanation or replacement.UPDATE: We sent a video of the malfunction and the company sent us a new unit, which works just fine. We really appreciated the quick, helpful response. Apparently there was something that got knocked loose inside the bad unit, which we could hear rattling. When the replacement arrived, it was solid and performed correctly.
