I am so glad I did not go with a 4k monitor, as it would have been MUCH more expensive and only marginally "better" than this one. I was skeptical about this because of how low the price is. I just needed it for my GMKTec NucBox G2 mini. I don't do any gaming or anything like that, but I watch some videos and surf as well as use it for emails, writing/drafting documents, some light video editing, etc. It has a vivid display, and the curve, while it takes just a little getting used to, is a nice touch. It required no software or drivers of any kind; I just plugged in the power and connected it to my computer. The ONE downside I would say is that the built in speaker is absolutely useless and sounds like a toy, but you don't buy this monitor for audio. It is such a good value otherwise, I still give it 5 stars.

The Sceptre Curved 24-inch Gaming Monitor is awesome! The picture is super clear, with vibrant colors and great contrast. The curved design makes gaming and watching content more immersive. It’s smooth and responsive, perfect for fast-paced games. Overall, it’s a fantastic monitor with excellent value. Highly recommend it!

I usually go into detail about the items I purchase... But that's not the case with this. The monitor works wonderfully, and it's a bit bigger for a 24 inch screen, but hey it's worth it's price and then some.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. The monitor itself is great. I am not using this for serious gaming, as it's mostly my office PC, but I have kids and they like it. Refresh rate is fair, with minimal artifacts.I gave it 4 Stars though because the mounting bracket to stand feels flimsy, and I am not confident in it yet. My screen is adjusted up and down often. The stand and bracket are solid, however, the monitor more or less hangs on the stand and has 2 set screws to secure the monitor in place. Everytime I adjust the angle up or down, I am sure to use two hands as I expect the monitor to jump off the stand. It has not yet though.My kids use the monitor also daily, as a miniTV. They plug in the ROKU to it.The only complaint I really have about the monitor itself, the speakers suck. I won't repeat the words I heard my kids say about it, but I know I heard one of them say "this is 'bucking bucked'"! The speakers are really quiet, and I have to plug in an amplified speaker, or use headphones. The volume is to quiet even for a quiet office with typical office noises.For the Techie folks.Refresh is decent. Color rendering is also good.This monitor does have an issue with RFI. Both in generation, and reception. RFI is really bad on HF frequencies. This monitor also suffers from poor RF shielding. Blanking is real bad with any RF in vicinity.I didn't buy this for the audio, I bought as an experiment!Overall, it's a great product. I know how to resolve the RFI issues so I won't complain too much, but I would be cautious using this in some environments.And if you don't know what RFI is, chances are, you'll never have to worry, and this monitor will perform flawlessly for you!

Omg! I love this monitor ! I got this so I can play my OG video games with sound. Sound quality is great and so is picture quality. Amazing price and it’s curve monitor I love everything about this monitor

I've had this monitor for little over 1 month, and it works well for what I want it to do, which is: Be a work monitor. I don't use it for gaming. I don't use it to watch videos or movies. I use it for work-related applications, and occasionally google searches. As such, I do not need dazzling visuals that will send my consciousness hurling into a different dimension. I just need to be able to see my reports and messages well enough without straining my eyes, no flickering screens, and no other issues relating to the screen itself.I turned off the sound because it isn't necessary. All the sound should go through my earphones anyway.My hope is that this monitor will last me at least 5 years, but of course I hope it lasts as long as I need it to (long into full retirement eligibility). For the price point, I feel it's a good deal so far. I even got myself the 27" version, which I received just yesterday, and am now using as my 3rd work monitor.If anything goes wrong in the days/weeks/months to come, I'll return to update my review.
