This product has great specs and feature set at a decent price point. RAID installation and initialization was straight forward and user friendly. I actually prefer its user interface over more established top brands. Real-world performance was on par with my expectations.BIG PROBLEM -- Front panel LED headers are surface mounted (as opposed to typical thru-the-hole assembly) which makes them extremely prone to snap-off ! This is unacceptable for production server environment. Makes you wonder which other components are soldered in a similar fashion.
