I’m a stomach sleeper, so I was desperate for something as soon as I started showing.My first thoughts were that, while it is great for my lower back and does allow me to sleep on my stomach all night long, it is HORRIBLE for my neck. I think if you are using this for actual sleeping rather than massage, you should go with the original design that doesn’t have the face hole. I’ve used the face hole maybe 3 times for a quick massage from my husband. You can’t breathe in there, and even if you could, who sleeps face down? The design puts my neck in an awful position at night, so that has been a learning experience.I’m fairly small, 5’3” & 130lbs before pregnancy, so the breast slot is irrelevant to me as well, and also adds to major neck and upper back pain. I have to stuff it with a small pillow and add a thick folded sheet to try to level it out or else I’m extremely uncomfortable.I’m only 5.5 months, so my belly isn’t huge yet, so I add a blanket to the belly hole to support me and prevent my back from over arching into the hole. That isn’t much of an issue tho, and I’m sure that will go away as I grow!As some have stated, I do add a small amount of air to it each night, but that is no different than a regular air mattress. HOWEVER, I have owned this just over 1 month and it ALREADY HAS A HOLE. I haven’t tried patching it yet, but I am disappointed that something that never leaves my bed has popped in just over a month. It just suddenly started deflating at night. I am gentle with it and only weigh 145lbs at 5.5months, so I don’t think it should have a hole from simply sleeping on it each night.Overall, it’s been worth it to me. I cannot sleep in any position other than stomach, so I needed this for my pregnancy. It relieves lower back pain and I sleep through the night pretty well, other than waking up due to occasional neck discomfort, which I’ve pretty much gotten used to. I think the neck and back discomfort can be solved by just buying the original design if you actually plan to use this for sleep every night rather than occasional lying down/massage. Others have complained about a smell, it does smell like plastic, but no more than any other air mattress. I put a sheet over it and it’s fine.It does take up 50% of a queen sized bed, but my husband has had no trouble sleeping/sharing the bed with me. It’s just funny how high up it makes me.Summary: I wish it didn’t have the face and boob holes, they hurt my neck and upperback. It does relieve lower back pain. I sleep all night every night on it and I’m thankful. It popped with no obvious reason as to how after 1 month use—haven’t tried to patch yet tho. If I can, I will be thankful. If I can’t, I will cry.

Just laying on it in the living room relieved so much back tension!

I was so excited about this pillow! Unfortunately it arrived very dirty and smelled like someone’s been drooling on it-heavily! Yuck I was so disgusted by it I didn’t even want to attempt receiving another one! Hopefully this was just a one time thing and this isn’t their way of doing business.UPDATEShortly after I wrote my review the seller did contact me and offered me a free pillow for my inconvenience, I accepted. They sent me a brand new pillow that was clean and not smelly lol. I have attempted using it several times but am having trouble, I think it may be my fear of “crushing or smooshing” my daughter holding me back and preventing me from getting comfortable rather than the design of the pillow. I am in my third trimester so I do have to flip the pillow to fit my “bump” in the hole, which is nice to have that options as you get bigger! As others have written, yes there is a strong plastic smell that emits from the pillow but it’s not something that really bothers me.

Right before becoming pregnant I injured my back and came down with a terrible case of sciatica. By the 4th month of pregnancy my back was so bad that unless I slept on my stomach it was too painful to sleep at all. But of course being pregnant that was causing other pain to sleep that way. I purchased this air mattress as a desperate attempt at sleep, since i was at that time only able to get 2 hours or less of sleep before the pain was too bad. The first night I used it I slept 6 hours straight and woke up in considerably less pain! It felt like a miracle! Since then I average sleeping 3-5 hours at a time and the pain upon waking is NOTHING like what I was dealing with before. I’m a size 16 and use the bottom of the mattress to accommodate my belly and boobs since that size has larger holes.

I love my cozy bump! Before I was pregnant I was a tummy sleeper, and also enjoyed laying on my front for back pain relief, but now at 32 weeks that is impossible without the cozy bump! I have been able to finally get back pain relief by lying on my stomach. The boob hole is awesome! Seems funny initially but man is it worth it! My only criticism is the face hole seam can be a little uncomfortable but honestly it’s so minimal plus you can use a pillow case to fold like you might do in a massage chair and that solves it. The belly blanket is another nice feature and stops that drag feeling on your belly from gravity in the hole.I’m really really glad we bought it, after a long day at work I come home and lay on it to reset my back and get some much needed relief.

I got a bbl about 2 weeks ago and was struggling with sleep as you’re not allowed to sleep on your back for the first 2 months. I wish I had bought this beforehand bc it literally changed everything about the way I sleep. I was having severe neck cramping due to sleeping on my face and cozy bump helped a lot . Another thing I struggled with was having boobs and sleeping on them which this pillow took care of with a breast hole! Ingenious honestly. The pillow is inflatable and is fairly comfy to sleep on. The only thing I’d change is maybe adding something to rest your arms on the sides but honestly this gives me the best sleep on my stomach as possible. Definitely recommend and I am sure it is great for pregnancy as well.
