Hood Decal Compatible with Jeep Renegade - Compass Splatter Blackout Hood Sticker - Matte Black

I LOVE the look of this decal! Super fast shipping and the included directions helped.We did a wet application and tried to do smaller holes to fit the washer nozzles, but that was a pain. We instead decided to just cut out the sides to apply around the nozzles, and it blended well with the design. The holes do not come pre cut, so fair warning. There are videos online to help with the process.It ships in a tube, so before application we laid it on a flat surface and placed a large empty box over it for 24hrs to flatten it out. That made it easier to mark out the cutting points for the washer nozzles and made application a little easier.The only downside is that the transfer paper is a bit too sticky, so during application it kept sticking to the car along with the decal. It also made it hard to apply the small letter inserts, which we had to peel off separately and apply by hand.Overall, a great alternative to the $200+ Mopar decals. Can be applied by one person and looks great!

Great quality products and company. Be sure to watch the great installation instructional video. You will need to take your time and position the decal and secure it with the tape. Double check positioning before and after your start the first half of the backing removal. This is very important as this sets the rest of the outcome. Take your time and follow all the tips on the video. Your decal will come out like factory install and make you vehicle look custom ordered just for you. The design itself looks cool. Couple things to note: this design doesn't have the windshield spray nozzles on the hood cut out. We attempted to cut them ourselves but because of how the decal lays it was difficult. The decal was also not straight on the paper and didn't curve to the top of the hood as shown in the picture. After applying there were alot of creases, but luckily it doesn't really stick that well consistantly throughout so it peeled off in pieces. Not impressed for the amount they charge for a big sticker that barely sticks and isn't cutout right. Will try a different design.

Not a bad decal. I used the wet method with a helper (my lovely patient wife). Took my time and despite some minor difficulties we were able to get it installed and de-bubbled in about 45 mins. There was a couple spots that the backing paper was stuck to the transfere paper and caused.the vinyl to lift but we worked thru them and im happy with how it went. I did take steps to remove the squirt nozzles and I washed and claybarred the hood first. You will want a helper and no wind. Work slow and patiently and it will come out nice. 1 star off for a couple spots that wernt cut thourghly enough and for a small crease that probably occured when it was rolled up for shipping. I used a felt squeegee (actually 2 of them) and it help greatly. While we didnt get it perfectly centered it is dang close. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

It's a fun decal but when my husband applied the decal, the only part that turned out good was the compass itself. The company asked about review, I told them what happen and they sent me another one to get what I wanted on my jeep.

It’s beautiful! Hard to apply even with two people, but when using the wet technique and having two people, it became manageable.

It’s easy to put on, but make sure your watch their tutorials! I would have messed it up big time if I hadn’t watched.
