My old meditation cushion had given up the ghost and was no longer serviceable.Sad as I was, I practice non-attachment, so I took to Amazon to find a replacement.I decided upon this zafu with an accompanying mat.Being a tall fellow, I thought having a higher pillow would help to alleviate discomfort in my hips and lower back during longer meditation sessions, and I was not wrong. Having the mat beneath me also provided comfort for my feet and ankles in cross-legged positions. I feel episodes of pins & needles are much less intense.In conclusion: I think this zafu (with accompanying mat) has greatly enhanced and facilitated my meditation practice by giving me a stable and comfortable foundation from which to practice.

The quality is good and it works perfectly, providing a good support when I meditate.

I have been meditating for some time and when I decided I wanted to add an extra session into my day, during my lunch break at work, I came on Amazon to look for another Zafu.This one arrived promptly and has more than met up to my expectations. It is very well made, with a tough, durable outer case. Inside this is a softer case filled with buckwheat. Buckwheat is a cooler material than wool or other foam fillings and the best part is that it fits to your form and you can remove or add husks to get the required firmness. Mine arrived pretty well filled and I needed to remove some of the buckwheat husks to make this comfortable enough to sit on for prolonged periods (I have kepth them in a large sandwich bag in case I want to adjust the firmness at some point in the future).The stitching seems neat and like it should last a long time and there is a small handle on one side so you can pick this up easily and carry it from room to room.All in all I am very happy with my purchase, it is very well priced and the quality seems very good. I was a little concerned it wouldn't be as well made as it is, due to the reasonable price, but this isn't the case at all and this is a well made product at excellent value for money. Well worth considering for new and seasoned meditators alike.

Great quality product made with sustainable materials

As a tall man 6’1 wasn’t sure about ordering this, and not very flexible. But reading that it’s ideal for tall and large people, I ordered it and it came day after. And have got say I’m glad I ordered it. Though I use yoga blocks to put under my knees . It suits my purpose and able to do my mindfulness . It also comes with an iinstruction guide .

Am very pleased with this meditation cushion, the quality seems great and you can also adjust how firm it is by adjusting the fill. I ordered the purple and it is a nice colour, the photographs in the advert were true in that respect. I must admit to having lost a little confidence in some stuff being sold by Amazon these days, especially if I am unfamiliar with the manufacturer, no issues with this product. Many thanks

The material are made of good made 100% cotton. Rather than some zafu I had before that are quite loosely stuff, hulls in this product are stuff very firmly so it made the zafu very supportive and comfortable to sit on. It is very helpful that the outside cover is removable for washing. The whole zafu is very carefully made. The product information said it is ethically produced and handmade. It is very good value for such high quality product. Thank you. I will buy again.

OK if you're 5'2", no good if you are 6'3"waste of £30
