Does the job but...
Suffers the same issues as other label printers. The issues I am referring to are the following:The labels roll back on themselves sticking inside the printer and the manufacturers label inside. This in turn causes it to happen more and more until you have to spend a couple hours cleaning the glue off. The glue on the manufacturers label is annoying to remove.Using standard labels provided by Royal Mail the labels sometimes don't feed correctly, getting stuck at the roller.Tearing the labels can be difficult and the printer has nothing to aid this, teeth, a label hold etc. This can exasperate the above. The printer has failed to print labels, i.e. you print 50 labels and some of the batch don't get printed out, for some reason it occasionally skips them. This doesn't seem to be a software issue, but I can't directly track the cause. Really annoying when you use the labels for picking and packing. On the bright side, it is easy to setup and is pretty much plug and play. Clarity is good and we've had no issues with QR codes or barcodes not scanning.Just a little disappointing that the £200 plus label printer has the exact same issues as my £20 label printer.

Perfect!
I use this for my business, printing 6x4 Royal Mail click & drop labels. Literally just plugged it into my MacBook Pro, added the printer via settings & worked straightaway :)

Warning: Does not work with Mac OS unless you pay for driver £100
The manufacturers can't be bothered to provide drivers for Mac OS so if you don't want fuzzy labels that result in delays to Royal Mail posting then you have to buy a driver from third party. Very annoying. Once you have the driver its a dream but recommend an external label roll feeder if you use a lot. They are only a few quid. I got the BeMatik from Amazon.

Easy to use label printer
Turned up on time, software easy to use, very easy to change rolls of labels and different size of lables, literally a few seconds, exactly what we wanted. This printer could handle far more work than we could ever give it.
