Carrying a new baby around can put a toll on your back and sides. My wife and I bought this to massage our tender backs and we had a good laugh doing so. But, you know what? We felt great after. We ended up looking up foam roller exercises on YouTube and we've been having a great time. I feel like this could be our new thing to help us become more flexible and resilient.The packaging was excellent, and would make a great gift for your gym-going friends or others with babies. It also comes with a peanut massage thing for your back -- which really hits the spot -- a thinner roller that we used to get each other's backs and a nice bag to store it all in.It's fun, it works, it looks great and is very robust. What's not to like? Just roll, release and relax.

Very good to have all of the rollers so that it is easy to get the correct pressure for different muscle groups. In desperation, I purchased this to give myself some control over releasing my muscles without needing to pay for an expensive massage therapist. I'm really happy with it. In fact, it's not just a daily practice, it's also really useful to follow up the spots that my massage therapist identifies for more work. The feeling of deep relaxation after using the rollers is fantastic, but it is a little bit painful. They have also helped with general tightness: I use pre-stretch to help warm up the muscles. The set comes with a carrying bag which is great. I am really happy with my purchase.

I like it and everything about this set. The "peanut" is a great addition and the carry case for the roller very welcome. It's not your average roller and the can be quite aggressive which is good. The trouble is after maybee 2 dozen uses the main roller cracked from end to end. The whole gym heard it go. Unfortunately I'm out of guarantee time so gutted. A great product overall.... if only it hadn't split!

Does exactly what it's meant to do and for the price with the mini roller and the peanut ball you can't go wrong.I've been squatting heavy this week and I've hit all my trigger points with the peanut ball which can be used on the floor or even up against a wall and I can loosen my whole back ,legs,calf's, shoulders it's a pain worth bearing and afterwards I feel brand new.And it comes with a bag to put it all in which is a bonus.

I love this 3 in 1 kit as it offers great value. My husband loves using the foam roller as part of his gym routine and I love using the massage stick on my aches. It really is a great product the only thing that would add to it is if it had an instructional leaflet with it for usage suggestions but it’s easily used without this.

I invested in a foam roller after my PT recommended I try rolling to aid recovery after heavy weight sessions. After scrolling through many brands I chose this one based on value for money as it included a few different rollers and a handy carry bag so I can take it to the gym with ease.As soon as I saw the box I could tell this was a quality product and when I used it for the first time i was not disappointed.I had been shown a few exercises by my PT so i straight away used it at home and although slightly painful at first, after 2 weeks of using this I now find it a-lot more comfortable whilst still being highly effective in relieving tight muscles.My trainer was also impressed with how sturdy and deep this roller gets and will be ordering a few from you soon!

Arrived very well packaged in a nice sturdy box, which is easy to store all the different bits in. Massagers are easy to use and I've noticed a difference in easing muscle pain and less cramps. Comes with a handy carry bag for taking to the gym etc. A leaflet with instructions on how to use the massagers would be helpful but there are plenty of videos on the internet on how to use them correctly and effectively.
