Seriously cheap fabric
The smocking is OK, but the fabric looks like it MIGHT last through one or two trips to the wash... but it's thin, and I'd be mortified if I'd sent this to someone as a gift. Screams "cheapskate". And WAY overpriced for the poor quality. $5 would be appropriate.

Disappointed
Cotton is tissue thin and dull. Embroidery also done with cheap dull thread. I ordered two of these dresses and am returning both.
