Oahu Hawaii Adventure Guide Franko Maps Waterproof Map

I've traveled many times to the Hawaiian Islands but it's been many years since I visited Honolulu. I wanted to pick up a guide because things change and I find a guide helpful in planning excursions. The internet is great but only if you know what you're planning. I came across this map and ordered it as a companion for a travel book. I am pleased at the detail, love the size, it will be easy to manage in the car or walking. It's packed full of sightseeing data with one side showing the entire Island and the South Shore with a detailed area Honolulu/Waikiki. Being coated, is a plus.

Good size. Easy to understand. Good area highlights. Not only waterproof but also beerproof

Used this map to plan our trip on Oahu. It lists lots of sights to see and gave us lots of suggestions we hadn't thought of. Gives you a Birdseye view of the whole island.

The Franko's maps of the Hawaiian Islands take up little space, are made of waterproof material, and provide not only a good map of the area, but also highlights some of the favorite things to see or do on the islands. I have most of the maps that include: The Hawaiian Islands, Oahu Guide Map, Oahu Dive Map, Maui Guide Map, Maui Dive Map, Hawaii Guide Map, Kauai Guide Map and Kauai Dive Map. Six of the maps were available from Amazon.com with free shipping, but two had to be purchased from independent vendors on Amazon and charged a small shipping fee.For the few dollars I paid, it was well worth it to have a great map that folds up and takes little space in my suitcase. Once I get to a particular island, I take it with me to know where I'm going and where I've been. Bring along a Sharpie pen to mark the places you've been or want to return. The back side of the map has a blown up area of popular places, for example, Oahu has Waikiki Beach and the placement of hotels and landmarks. I highly recommend these maps for getting around the islands.

It was very nice having this and to be able to look at the map to see what was around us as we traveled around the island, highly recommended and please don’t forget to grab your map when you return the rental, very sturdy and could be used for your next trip to Oahu…

On the North Shore as I write this...This map has been amazing! Literally making my vacation choices easier! Where to stop. Ideas. Even points out Costco haha. Can’t wait to use the Maui and Kauai one nextMahalo
