Simplicity Vintage Fashion 60's Tin Box, 9" L x 6.75" W x 2.75" H

This is a nice tin box that seems to be well made. I love the vintage Simplicity pattern design on the top lid. The inside of the box is a matte gold color. I bought two of these boxes and am using one for my pens and pencils and the other to hold my manicure supplies. I think it's clever of Simplicity to reuse their vintage patterns for boxes and bags and things today. I have several of their items besides these boxes and love them all.

I got it as a gift and my wife loved it. It brought back her memories of making clothes when she was younger. The metal is a little thinner gauge than I had hoped, but it is still plenty sturdy. The artwork is well printed on the metal.

This is the size of an altoid mints tin. The magnet sheet in the bottom is of questionable quality, it's not very magnetic. I added some neodium magnets to the bottom and put the magnetic sheet over them. The needles now stay put. So very cute.

The tin is beautiful and nostalgic. Several more items can fit in the tin and because it is metal, it will hold up during daily use. It is also nice to use as a trinket to beautify your sewing room.

This is a pretty tin, the perfect size for storing sewing patterns. My tin arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This is so cute! I purchased it to store my sewing machine needles in. It is perfect! It could be used for so many other things as well. I love the color pink, so that made it even better!

I love the art on these. Its just a tin, good size for sewing oddments, I have one for hand sewing & a different year's design for machine sewing. This keeps up I'll have different tins for each machine.

I had several rectangular plastic containers of pins like most people who sew do. I decided to splurge, and this tin is fantastic! Plus, you get the extra security of a magnetic bottom so pins don't go flying in the event of an accident.

I threw out most of the supplies, as they were super low quality, but the box is nice. It's tin, which makes it durable, and rather large, to hold a reasonable amount of notions, embroidery floss, etc.

This little tin case for pins is the same size as an Altoids tin. So yes, I could have used an empty one - but I really, really like the magnet strip that fits the entire bottom of the tin. Sewing tables (or desk, in my case) are busy places with hands wanting to do independent actions at times. It is easy to upset a container of pins - but this takes care of that. I couldn't get my pins in there fast enough!

El diseño es muy lindo (vintage),el único detalle que le vi es que el acabado del imán que vienen en la base esta mal acabado (como si lo hubieran pegado chueco), pero fuera de eso es útil para organizar las agujas y demás!
